Your data, your control

A NAS gives your business central storage, automatic backups and secure access to your files — anywhere. We advise, install and configure the complete system.

What you get

Why a NAS?

Central storage

All files in one place. No more loose USB drives, external disks or scattered cloud accounts.

Full privacy

Your data stays yours. No monthly cloud costs, no foreign servers. Everything local and GDPR-compliant.

Access anywhere

Work securely from anywhere via VPN or a secure web interface. As if you were at the office, wherever you are.

Automatic backups

Never lose data again. Automatic backups from workstations, laptops and even cloud accounts to your NAS.

How we work

From advice to running system

Tailored advice

Every situation is different. A remote worker with lots of photo and video files has different needs than an SME office with ten employees. We assess how much storage you need, how many users work simultaneously, and which applications you want to run. Based on that, we recommend the right system — no overkill, but no undercapacity either.

Installation and configuration

We place your NAS in a secure location, configure the drives in the correct RAID setup for redundancy, and set up user accounts with the right permissions. Shared folders, automatic backups, VPN access for remote work — everything is delivered ready to use. Of course, we also ensure your NAS is optimally connected to your network.

Management and support

After installation, you receive a personal walkthrough so you can work independently with the system. Firmware updates, disk checks and expansions can be managed remotely by us. Should a disk fail, we help with replacement — thanks to RAID you won't lose any data.

UniFi integration: everything in one dashboard

Already have a UniFi network with access points or cameras? Then the UniFi UNAS is a logical addition. You manage your network, cameras and storage from one interface. The UNAS runs on UniFi Drive — without licence fees — and supports cloud backups to AWS S3, Backblaze and Wasabi. The desktop models are even PoE-powered: one network cable for both data and power.

Who it's for

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a NAS system cost?

A professional NAS system for a small office starts around €600-€800 for hardware (without drives). With two 4TB drives in RAID 1 (mirrored), you're looking at a total investment of around €900-€1,200. Including our installation and configuration, a complete solution comes to €1,500-€2,500 depending on complexity.

Which brands do you install?

We work with Synology, UGREEN and UniFi (Ubiquiti). Synology is the market leader in software and reliability. UGREEN offers excellent hardware for the price. And the UniFi UNAS line is ideal if you already have a UniFi network: no licence fees, PoE-powered and managed from the same dashboard as your access points and cameras. We advise based on your situation.

Is a NAS more secure than the cloud?

A NAS gives you full control over your data. Your files aren't stored on third-party servers abroad, but in your own building. That makes GDPR compliance easier. We always recommend an additional off-site backup (e.g. to an encrypted cloud service) in case of fire or theft.

Can I also access my files from home?

Yes. Via a secure VPN connection or the built-in remote access of Synology (QuickConnect), UGREEN or UniFi, you can securely access your files as if you were at the office. We configure this ready to use.

What about backups?

A NAS with RAID protects against disk failure, but isn't a backup in itself. We set up automatic backups: from workstations to the NAS, and from the NAS to an external location (second NAS or cloud service). This way you're protected against any scenario.

Does a NAS fit my existing network?

Yes, you connect a NAS to your existing network via an ethernet cable. For optimal performance, a good network is important — and that's where we, as WiFi specialists, are right at home. We always check whether your current network is suitable.
